Refund Policy

Changed your mind? No problem.
If you’re not flexing over your order and want to return all or part of it, just let us know within 7 days of receiving it. To get a full refund, the product must be unopened and in its original condition – easy as that.

Important:

  • You're responsible for getting the product back to us, so please pack it securely and include your order number.

  • Once it lands back with us and we confirm it's unopened, we'll issue a full refund – no drama.


🛠️ FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you’ve opened your package and something’s damaged or not quite right, let us know within 3 working days of delivery.
Snap a pic, send us the details, and we’ll get it sorted. If the product is genuinely faulty, we’ll refund it in full or help you with an exchange.


⚡ ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS & WARRANTIES

Some of our gear comes with a bit more power – so if you're ordering electrical products, here's what you need to know:

  • They’re all covered by a manufacturer's warranty – not directly by Gym Squad Supps.

  • Warranty length and info is listed on the product page, so check it out before buying.

  • If something goes wrong during the warranty period, get in touch with us first. We’ll guide you on who to contact and what to do.

Important warranty notes:

  • It’s a "return to base" warranty – meaning you’re responsible for shipping the item back if needed.

  • If it’s a faulty part, it may need to be returned or you’ll need to send a photo before a replacement is approved.

  • Warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer or importer – not us directly (we’re just the humble supplement dealers 💼💪).

Customers outside the UK: Please keep in mind that returns and warranty processes may involve extra delivery charges and longer timelines.
