No Sweat Returns
At Gym Squad Supps, we like to keep things simple – like your post-workout shake. So, here’s the lowdown:
When your order lands, give it a once-over as soon as possible (definitely before you crack it open). You’ve got 14 days to return your order, starting the day after you receive it. It’s a breeze – just follow the steps in the ‘Returns and Refunds’ section below.
Just a heads-up: all returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging – no protein powder fingerprints, please!
Got the Wrong Stuff?
If we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item – oops! That’s rare, but we want to fix it fast. Just return it within 14 days in the same condition it arrived, and we’ll refund or replace it pronto.
Damaged or Faulty Products?
We’re really sorry if something’s not right with your order – that’s not how we roll. If your item is damaged or faulty, let us know as soon as you spot the issue. Tell us what’s wrong, and we’ll guide you through what to do next. Don’t worry, your statutory rights are always respected.
Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your gains are being held up because your order hasn’t arrived, we apologise! It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we’ll sort it quickly. Please get in touch within 21 days of the dispatch confirmation email and we’ll take care of it.

Returning an Item? Here's How:

Get in touch with our friendly team via your account or call 07870 689482.

Give us your order number, what you're returning, and why.

We’ll send you the return address and all the info you need.

Pack it securely (like your lunchbox) and include your order number, name, and address inside.

Always get proof of postage – just in case your parcel gets lost in the fitness jungle. Without it, we may not be able to process your return.
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (card/PayPal).
Note: You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend a delivery service that covers the value of your goods.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your return, our Returns Team will give it a once-over. If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 7 working days to process, and always within 30 days of receipt.
Received a Replacement But Changed Your Mind?
If we sent you a replacement for a faulty item, you still have 7 working days to return it and get a full refund. We’ve got you covered.
Refunds for Return Postage
We’ll cover return postage if:

Your item was faulty or damaged,

You’re returning a substitute or replacement item you don’t want.
We won’t cover postage for items that turn out to be in tip-top shape. If that’s the case, we’ll let you know any re-shipping costs before sending the item back to you.
